Anyone who is reported for breaching rules and agreement will be reviewed by FSA Thailand. If convicted, they will be placed here for both parties to view.

To be taken off the blacklist, a fee must be paid.
Once paid, a warning will be met and you will be removed.

If the worker or client is a repeat offender, they will be placed on the Blacklist indefinitely for 1 year max with no fee for release.
